Conditions
Incidental costs and final cleaning are included in the price.
The local tax (tax exemption for children under 14 years of age) is not included.
All bookings must be made in writing and accompanied by a deposit.
In case of cancellation the following percentages of the total amount will be charged:
- up to 30 days before arrival: 0% (the deposit will not be refunded)
- up to 3 days before arrival: 50%
- up to 2 days before arrival and in case of late arrival and/or early departure: 100%
We want to ensure that the apartments are in perfect condition when you move in. Therefore they are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure. We don’t accept pets.
